TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL:  All entrants agree to participate in this iSnap event at their own risk and iSnap/ImageInk Studio or sponsors will not be held liable for any misfortunes. You are reminded that this is NOT a race and you are not required to participate in any part you choose not to. Please observe all general signage, road rules, etc and stay safe.  For safety reasons some photo shoot locations will be restricted to entrants access only.

Entrant age limit is 13+. Those under 16yo must obtain permission from a parent/guardian before registering and be accompanied by an adult on the day.

PHOTO COMPETITION:  This is a fun amateur based event and any persons deemed to be a photographic business or professionals will be excluded from winning prizes.

Entries close 11pm FRI 10th FEB 2012 with winners announced on MON 13th FEB 2012.  Finalists and winners will then be contacted and mentioned on iSnap Facebook pages, website and via media partners. Any winners unable to be contacted within a month will forfeit their prize/s, which then go to the nearest competitor with the highest accrued points or finalist in a photo category.

Sponsors will judge their own categories, the judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is the entrants responsibility to make sure their photographs meet requirements and are entered into the appropriate photo category. You must clearly state name and entrant number, along with category: Smart phone or Digital Camera section.

In entering, the photographer/entrant agrees to giving sponsors the rights to use any uploaded images for their own promotion. If higher quality images are required, we will allow sponsors to contact and negotiate an arrangement with you direct.
Uploaded images must have been taken during the event and should NOT be watermarked in any way.  Only basic adjustments like colour, contrast, cropping, etc… will be accepted. Images considered over enhanced will not be eligible to win.

Any inappropriate content like nudity, offensive language, etc will not be accepted and removed immediately.
